What is Online Coaching / Online Personal Training?
Online coaching is personal training done on your terms. You get a customized workout plan, nutrition tips, and regular support — all delivered through messages or video calls. No need to stick to someone else’s schedule or go to specific gym. It’s flexible, affordable, and built around your goals, lifestyle, and progress.
Online coaching / Personal Trainers start with getting a deep understanding of your current lifestyle and fitness goals to create a bespoke science backed training and nutritional plan.
Once your programme is ready, you’ll receive a document with everything in it, showing you the exercises (with video guides) , sets, reps and systems in place to keep you on track with your fitness goals.
With an online Personal Trainer you’ll always have access to your coach!
I’m a online personal trainer using the latest scientific research around fitness and overall health and wellbeing to help build out personal training programmes to drive you towards your goals. I’m a big fan of understanding what just showing up regularly can do to get you making progress to your goals.
Having spent the past 9+ years in corporate roles, I have been able modify what ‘just showing up’ looks like to achieve my own goals of a entering competitive powerlifting competition, running a marathon and competing in Ironman 70.3.

What you’ll recieve
Starting out
When signing up, you’ll receive a list of questions around your day to today lifestyle and previous training experiences. We can also book in a time that works for you to go through more specific questions around your goals so I can create a bespoke tailor made programme for you
personalised programme
It usually takes around 24 hours for me to get your personalised programme put together for you, once it is put together you’ll receive a link for a Google sheet with your programme within it. I’ll then follow up over message about the ‘why’ behind your programme and what is in it to empower you to hit your fitness goals with confidence!
Weekly Check-ins & progress reviews
Once you start on your programme I will continue to be in touch with you to see how you are progressing with your programme. Its an opportunity to educate you a little more around the exercises and tweak if necessary. For example your gym might not have a certain type of machine so we can update your personalised programme with an exercise that is more easily available.
Unlimited Support
I’m not a personal trainer to give you a programme and leave you to just work through it, with me as your online coach you have unlimited support not only through regular feedback but you’ll also be able to directly message me anytime. I’ll be your full time Coach / Personal Trainer and always there to help you through your fitness goals

I charge on the length of programme, charging £50 for a 4 week block of training, then £125 for a 12 week training programme
